When assessing our client's needs, each situation is assessed based on individual level of needs. To determine the level of care required by our client, assessmentts are carried out and the needs are transformed into a person -Centred Care Plan that highlights the care needs discussed and put the client in control of their care , because each individual is unique in their own way.Client's choices and preferences are highlighted to suit client's needs.
The personalised care plan represents the way a client would like to be supported and this will reflect the support needed such as meals preparation, medication adminisration,, domestic chores, personal hygiene, housekeeping and assistance with day-to-day activities such as mobility, shopping, collection of prescriptions,leisure activities, attending appointments and visiting families and friends.
Our dedicated support worker is there whenever needed to ensure your safety and make sure that you are happy and satisfied with the care provided.
Our highly competent and empathetic support worker will support your independence and form a therapeutic relationship with you in a way that will put you in control of your care .

Based on this philosophy all staff are trained to provide a flexible and responsive service that ensures that all Care Plans fully take into account customers’ expressed preferences and contributes positively to the quality of their lives. Care is provided to enable customers to remain in their own home and our placement service with independence, choice, pride, privacy, safety, dignity and self-respect.
Our Care provision shall be specifically designed to meet customer needs with the emphasis on enhancing the well-being of the individual. We recognize that in promoting independence wherever possible that customers should be supported and encouraged rather than forced to recover skills which may have lost due to long term illness, age or other conditions that may have imparted the quality if the lives and their independence
Every customer is assigned a qualified experienced care assistant who undertakes a professional needs assessment which forms the basis for the provision of appropriate person-centered care. The resultant Care Plans clearly states individual wants and/or needs, and required level of care based upon their life history, personality, medical condition and preferences.
Care Plans are regularly reviewed to ensure customer needs continue to be met.
Where appropriate family members are involved as far as is practical in care decisions. Additionally, respite, and social and emotional support will be provided for home carers and their families when required.

The Directors have over 22 years experience in health and social care and have worked in various roles in healthcare sector , starting as a heathcare assistant and rising to a registered manager status, also worked as safety critical officers with both London Underground and Network Rail,so we value the health and safety of our clients and staff and ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Also, Platinum Express Care Plus runs a temporary staffing agency supplying qualified and passionate staff to care homes, hospitals, Private clients and other such institutions. Our staff are well trained and have a strict code of ethics that they have to rigidly adhere to. We carry out stringent reference and Disclosure and Barring Service [DBS] checks, as well as checking the POVA register to ensure we have the right staff. Our dedicated management team carry out a strict vetting and recruitment selection so that we get the best people for the job. Our main objective to our clients is to supply highly skilled and experienced personnel to fulfil a professional and personal service.
Though our usual opening times are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, our out of hours service means that the Platinum Express Care Plus team is available 24/7. We will perform a full and proper assessment of our clients' needs, so as to match them with a carer and service that meets their precise requirements. All our staff are well trained and undergo continuous personal development, including supervision and appraisal all year through.
